Shipping arrangements

Perceve will take the greatest of care to be as efficient as possible when receiving and dispatching orders. Delivery of the goods to the customer is carried out by third-party providers. The delivery costs vary according to the delivery destination. Before you place your order, you will be informed of the expected delivery details and shipping fees will be displayed at the checkout.



Import regulations and duty

Perceve is not responsible for any duty charges that may result from customs regulations in the country of destination. Please check the customs regulations in the country where you receive the shipment before ordering. From the moment the shipment is received by the courier service, all responsibility is assumed by the delivery service, and Perceve is exempt from liability related to possible delays in terms of shipment, delivery time, and damage to the package content resulting from transport.

 

Online purchases

If you are not 100% satisfied with your online purchase you can return your goods, provided we get them back within 14 days of receipt and in perfect original saleable condition, in the original packaging and with all tags attached.

Items purchased online cannot be returned in store. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges for unwanted items. For your protection, please be sure to return your goods via recorded or registered post.

Please note that the online store does not accept returns of in store purchases.

 

Exchanges

We do not hold specific stock for exchanges, but if you wish to exchange your item you can contact us using the following email perceve.streetwear@gmail.com.

When emailing us, clearly state the order number, the item, size and color you would like as your exchange. 

This way we can hold your requested item until your return arrives. We send out all exchanges within 2-3 business days.

The costs related to an exchange are the buyers responsibility.

 

Payment of refunds

Refunds online will be made via the original payment method within 14 days of our receipt of returned items.

Refunds in store will be provided at the time of returning the unwanted items.

We may make deductions from refunds to reflect any reduction in the value of the items which may have resulted from your handling of them; i.e. they are no longer in perfect saleable condition.

Falty Items

If your items are faulty or not as described, you are entitled to return them to us within 30 days of receipt for exchange or a refund. If you are returning the items after 30 days has passed, we may opt to repair or replace them before offering a refund. We will cover the cost of any return postage for goods bought online which are faulty or not as described.

 

 Exceptions

 We cannot accept any returns on underwear or swimwear for hygiene reasons, except where faulty or not as described (see “Faulty Items”).

 

Sale Items

We do not offer refunds on any Sale items unless proven faulty, sale items can be only exchanged within 14 days of the purchase like for like or for a credit note. Please contact us for further information at perceve.streetwear@gmail.com.
